"Senior Research Associate/ Research Associate"

Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Haryana is seeking candidates for positions on a contractual basis, including Senior Research Associate- Project Management, Research Associate/ PhD Scholar, Senior Consultant, Consultant- Media and Communication, Research Associate, and Consultant.

Organization Profile: The in-principle approval was granted by the Planning Commission in 2006 for developing a world-class institution on corporate affairs. Consultations were held with various national and international institutions and professional bodies regarding its structure and functions.

Employment Type: Contractual Basis

Qualifications:

• Senior Research Associate- Project Management: Full-time post-graduate degree in social sciences, statistics, or related to CSR and Sustainability.
• Research Associate/ PhD Scholar: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Management, with desirable qualifications like Ph.D., UGC NET, and research publications.
• Senior Consultant: CA PCC qualified or equivalent.
• Consultant- Media and Communication: Graduate in Journalism or Mass Communications with 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, social media, and related skills.
• Research Associate: Full-time post-graduate degree in social sciences or related fields with 0-3 years experience.
• Consultant: Master’s Degree in Library Science or equivalent, with knowledge of computerization and library management software.

Pay Scale:

• Senior Research Associate- Project Management: 50,000-70,000
• Research Associate/ PhD Scholar: 50,000-70,000
• Senior Consultant: 50,000
• Consultant- Media and Communication: 40,000-50,000
• Research Associate: 30,000-40,000
• Consultant: 30,000-40,000
