What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements
- Translate business needs into flexible, resilient technical designs across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Define current, iterative, and future-state architecture strategies for large-scale initiatives
- Provide expert-level technical guidance to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Lead solution evaluations, including tools, platforms, and vendors, ensuring best-fit decisions
- Mentor and develop engineers and technical teams, elevating overall Salesforce capabilities
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating complex technical concepts in a clear, actionable way
What You'll Bring
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- 4 years as Solutions Architect or 8 years in a technical leadership role (e.g., technical lead, principal engineer).
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including platform design, integrations, and scalability considerations
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Proven experience building high-resiliency systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction at scale
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executive leadership
- Proficiency with architecture visualization and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve complex challenges
