Specific Requirements
All applicants must meet the general requirements prescribed by the Labour Act (“Official Gazette” Nos. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 46/23, and 64/23). Applicants are required to meet the general conditions set in Article 39, Section 7 of the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette 119/2022), as well as Article 123, Section 5 of the Statute of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Article 54 of the Statute of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the conditions prescribed by Article 29 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Procedure for Election/Re-election to Scientific-Teaching, Artistic-Teaching, Teaching, Associate, and Professional Positions at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek
Applicants must submit their application along with the required documentation using the dedicated Form number 5 for application for the position of Senior Teaching Assistant, available on the Faculty's website (link: https://www.ffos.unios.hr/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Obrazac-5.pdf).

Eligibility criteria
The Call is open under equal terms to person of all genders. Late or incomplete applications shall not be considered.
Only candidates who submit a timely and complete application and who meet the formal requirements of the Call shall be considered as having applied to the Call.
The application is considered complete if it contains all the required data and appendixes as outlined in the Call, and is personally signed by the applicant.
Selection process
Applicants meeting the general requirements, who have submitted an application to the Call and proof of meeting the criteria in electronic form, are required to attend testing/ an interview before a Committee, i.e. Level 2 of the process, and will be notified of the venue and time of the testing/ interview via the Faculty webpage (www.ffos.unios.hr). Applicants who fail to attend the testing/interview will be considered to have withdrawn their application and will not be considered eligible candidates.

The applicants shall submit a personally signed Privola. Lack of a signed Privola renders the application incomplete
The Call is open 30 days from the date of publication.
Applicants will be notified of the results within fifteen (15) days following the termination date via the Faculty webpage www.ffos.unios.hr. The Faculty reserves the right to also notify the applicants via email.
