About the Position
This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified person to join the Faculty of Society & Design at an exciting time of growth and development.
The emphasis of the position is to deliver and undertake teaching within the areas of property valuation, property agency/marketing, commercial leasing and property financing.
About the person
The successful applicant will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Property, Law, Economics or Commerce. A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and extensive professional experience in these fields may also be considered. It is desirable that the applicant is a member of a relevant professional body such as the API, RICS, Law Society, REIQ/A or be eligible for such membership.
As a member of the academic staff team, the successful applicant will be responsible for contributing to teaching and service in the Faculty and University at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The successful applicant will also engage in professional and industry liaison and provide student support within the Faculty.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $108,052.53 per annum plus 12% superannuation per annum.
