The Supervisor serves as a central point of contact for Facilities Management, coordinating service requests across multiple trades and assisting with Facilities support for special events. This position also oversees the Vehicle Loaner Program, monitors the KeyTrak system, coordinates with external maintenance contractors, and provides support for the department’s front desk operations.

In addition, the Facilities Service Center Supervisor supervises two part-time student employees, including responsibility for interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision. The position also coordinates student support projects for Facilities managers and helps ensure a high level of service and performance across the Service Center.
