UNSW Business School is seeking people with professional industry experience as well as academic teaching experience for several casual opportunities. These opportunities are designed to support our students to explore, develop and achieve their career aspirations in a way that aligns to each individual students’ career goals and personal interests. Our courses enable students to put into practice broad business content, enabling students to develop relevant business skills.

Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a crucial component of a UNSW Business degree. Through placements or project work, undergraduate and postgraduate students will gain valuable industry experience by examining organisational opportunities, problems, and issues through the lens of all our disciplines.

To effectively deliver the face-to-face, hybrid, and online tutorials and workshops, we are looking for enthusiastic sessional/casual professionals who:

  • Genuinely enjoy helping others progress through their life and learning journeys
  • Have experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching, and/or learning facilitation
  • Have professional industry experience, in commercial, government or for-purpose organisations
  • for working with postgraduate students, a minimum of 10 years
  • for undergraduate students a minimum of 5 years
  • Bring a broad multi-disciplinary perspective to organisational issues and stakeholder engagement
  • Thrive in collaborative environments to build solutions that create value
  • Are motivated to complete job-related administrative tasks
