Description: The University of Houston’s Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston invites applications for a Shell Endowed Chair in Energy Transition. The Tenured Full Professor position will be awarded to an internationally renowned candidate with demonstrated success in research, teaching and service. Successful candidates must exhibit outstanding capabilities in leadership as well as in developing and leading new interdisciplinary research thrusts relevant to the Energy Transition, complementing or extending existing UH Energy Transition Institute pillars of Hydrogen, Circularity, and Carbon Management. Candidates must hold an earned doctorate in an appropriately related field.
