Brescia University seeks a full-time Administrator of the SLATE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database in the Admissions Office. This person is responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM system to support the University’s recruitment and enrollment processes through system configuration, data management, and process automation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customize CRM functionality to meet university needs through workflows, dashboards, and portals
• Configure, maintain, and improve the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance
• Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with Student information System (SIS) and partner systems
• Oversee data integrity and ensure accuracy and completeness of data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science degrees preferred. Master’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience working with Slate by Technolutions
• Competency with JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Excel, and Mail Merge template creation involving multiple layers of coding logic.
• Ability to configure and customize CRM systems and integrations
• Experience in process-automation and workflow development
