Why Your Role Matters:

Join our Multimedia & Immersive Tech Team, where creativity meets innovation. We support a wide range of teaching, learning, and research activities that explore the intersection of media, design, and emerging technologies.

Our work spans diverse tools and platforms - including video and audio production, electronic music technologies, virtual and augmented reality, AI, 3D printing, and robotics.

As part of this team, you’ll provide hands-on support for computer labs, media studios, and student equipment loans, helping ensure our technologies are reliable, accessible, and aligned with the evolving needs of our students, educators, and researchers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative individual who’s passionate about emerging technologies and wants to contribute to an innovative and collaborative learning environment.

What you’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
  • Strong IT knowledge, including experience with multimedia and AV technology systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in multimedia and immersive production techniques (e.g. video, audio, VR/AR).
  • Proficiency with computing systems across both Mac and PC environments
  • Experience supporting AV presentation systems and troubleshooting related technical issues
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in educational contexts
