"Assistant Track and eSports Coach"

Brescia University, a small Catholic Liberal Arts University located in Kentucky is searching

for a part time Assistant Track Coach who will also be responsible for our e-sports program.

Qualifications are:

• High School graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in sports related discipline
• 1 year college track experience as a participant or coach required; e-sports and

gaming experience preferred

• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable by Brescia insurance.
• Effective communication skills
• Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the players’ performance in the classroom and for the behavior of the team during events;
• Will recruit e-sports athletes, organize activities, analyze performance, and provide

instruction on strategies and techniques;

• Assist Head Track Coach with the recruiting process
• Responsible for scheduling and conducting e-sports team practices and game travel, maintaining budget, supplies, and equipment.
