Manages the University's debt portfolio, including related accounting entries, and oversees internal and external funding for capital projects, including the Bond Savings account. Manages and maintains compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board lease and subscription-based information technology arrangement standards. Collaborates with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit and prepares year-end workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate audit completion. Woks collaboratively to identify and implement new accounting standards and maintain compliance with all accounting and reporting regulations. Short Job Description: Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution. Two years' relevant experience. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP ). Experience with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
