daily tasks and special projects Schedule appointments Check-in/intake of students Make copies Data entry Give directions Perform other office duties as needed Qualifications: Education Requirements : In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and registered for a minimum of 6 credit hours for each semester (fall/spring) you are working. For the summer session, student aides must be registered for at least 3 credit hours in summer or at least 6 credit hours for the following fall semester. Be eligible for English 097 or higher Experience Requirements : Some general office or customer service experience preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required . Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook is helpful. Bilingual students are encouraged to apply, but this is not a requirement of the job.
