Student Aide- Human Resources

• File and organize employee records and HR documents
• Assist with data entry and maintaining HR databases
• Support HR staff with departmental projects and administrative tasks
• Scan, copy, and prepare documents for internal use
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Students must be enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer). Summer hours are available.

• Current Harper College students
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
