Description Summary
The Student Aide – Student Activities Office will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Student Activities Office (SAO). The duties will include general office work, answering phone calls, filing, data-entry, assisting students, student leaders from clubs and organizations, faculty & staff and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Applicant must be a current Morton College student carrying 6 credit hours in the Fall and Spring. One credit in the Summer.
Good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be able to demonstrate the Morton College core values of compassion, equity, accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the SAO.
- Assist with general office support.
- Greet students and guests.
- Provide information on clubs and organizations.
- Enter data in excel spreadsheets, and keep files organized.
- Issue Student Identification cards to students.
- Develop flyers to promote events/activities.
- Help promote activities and events throughout the semester.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bi-lingual: English and Spanish.
- Customer service experience and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
