Student Ambassadors provide accurate and useful information, welcome visitors, and lead tours for new and prospective students and their families. Student Ambassadors will gain leadership skills and experience, making outreach presentations.

To share first-hand information about the NVC experience. Help new students transition to NVC.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be self-motivated, engaging, flexible, friendly, comfortable talking to strangers, respectful, sensitive and understanding for the diverse academic, cultural social and educational backgrounds of community college students. Must be familiar with campus offices, locations, programs and services. Fluency in a language other than English.

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all required application materials are completed. The online application which includes answering the supplemental questions will be initially reviewed by the Career Center. If you qualify for the position, your application will be forwarded to the hiring team for further review.

If you received a financial aid award letter, please follow the instructions below to attach your award letter to your online application.
- Log into your MyNVC Self-Service portal using your student email address and password.
- Click on Financial Aid.
- Select the link to "Review and accept your Financial Aid Award Package" or "View awards and offer letter".
- Your Federal Work Study award will be listed as part of your financial aid package if you meet the eligibility criteria.
- Save the page as a PDF or take a screenshot
- Upload the PDF or screenshot to your application.
