The Business Office at the College of Nursing is seeking a
Work Study Student to assist with day to day duties in the office.
The Work Study Student will provide administrative and office
support for the college’s Office of the Dean, Business Affairs, and
Human Resources.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
scanning, copying, typing and uploading documents to electronic
files. They will also assist in special projects emanating from
Business Affairs and Human Resources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be enrolled in at least six
(6) credit hours per semester.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong keyboarding skills, working knowledge of Microsoft
Office Suite
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment and
machines
- Ability to communicate and work well with a diverse staff
and faculty.
- Ability to work independently given departmental policies
and guidelines
- Integrity, punctuality and dependability
