Searching for foundational models for microscopy images;

Presenting scientific data at international conferences.

Specific Requirements

First-cycle studies or second cycle studies or long-cycle Master’s degree programme student in Computer Science or similar;
Proficiency in programming with Python;
Familiarity with the concepts in information retrieval;
Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Languages: ENGLISH

The decision will be made by the Recruitment Committee of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Jagiellonian University.
The Recruitment Committee reserves the right to invite only selected candidates for an interview, which take place on September 10-11, 2026.
The Recruitment Committee also reserves the right to close the competition without selecting a candidate.
The results of the competition will be announced before September 30, 2026.

Remuneration: 2500 PLN net per month.
Position starts on: not earlier than 1st October 2026.
Maximum period of contract/scholarship agreement: 1 year.
