Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Department of Student Life, including preparing correspondence and maintaining departmental files.
- Maintain confidential records related to student participation, student workers, budgets, and program operations.
- Assist with logistics for student programming, including room reservations, catering requests, equipment needs, and event documentation.
- Support student clubs and advisors by assisting with purchasing and travel processes.
- Assist with departmental budget management, including tracking expenditures, processing purchase requisitions, and maintaining budget documentation.
- Serve as a liaison for vendor relationships, assisting with contracts and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of student engagement, event participation, and program activities.
- Assist with data collection and reporting to support assessment of student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for departmental leadership.

Literacy Services offer adults the opportunity for meaningful social and occupational growth through Adult Basic Education (ABE), Human Resources Development (HRD), and the High School Equivalency Program (GED).
