Duties/Responsibilities:
Daily invoice reconciliation:
- Accurately enter and maintain daily invoicing data in FoodPro
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of system data across multiple dining units
- Identify and flag discrepancies or irregularities in system entries
- Verify the accuracy of entered invoice data and make any necessary corrections to ensure invoice amounts reconcile with Auxiliary Accounts Payable reporting

- Learn critical components of FoodPro to help maintain the system’s accuracy and integrity
- Participate in special projects when required
- Assist with dining commons menu maintenance or inventory counts when needed

Position Summary: This position supports UGA Dining Services via The FoodPro Office using FoodPro, the department’s primary software tool for dining menu management and financials. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate data integrity, reconciling invoices for Dining Services, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in data management, system-based operations, and financial reconciliation within a large-scale university dining environment.
