Student Services Coordinator I/II/III
Overview
The Harrison College of Pharmacy is pleased to open applications for a Student Services Coordinator I/II/III, who will handle various high-level administrative and project coordination tasks within the Division of Student Experience, supporting our Drug and Biopharmaceutical Sciences program. This professional role requires strong judgment and teamwork skills to manage complex recruitment and admissions projects with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Plan and execute projects, programs, school visits, and university events to attract prospective high-school students to the Drug and Biopharmaceutical Sciences program.
- Collaborate with high-school staff, college personnel, and Student Experience teams to promote the program and support enrollment and retention initiatives.
- Represent the College at recruitment events, including Admitted Students Days, open houses, and Camp War Eagle, overseeing student engagement and registration.
- Manage communication with prospective and current students and develop informational materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Work with the Program Director to maintain program quality and advance strategic goals.
- Enter, analyze, and report data across systems to support decision-making and program performance.
Minimum Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate high degrees of creativity, initiative, and critical thinking in dealing with conditions/situations not well defined in standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Level I:
- Bachelor's degree- no specific discipline
- 0 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area
Level II:
- Bachelor's degree- no specific discipline
- 2 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area
Level III:
- Bachelor's degree - no specific discipline
- 4 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area
License and Certification:
- Valid in state driver's license upon hire required
Substitutions Allowed for Experience:
When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
