Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Plan and execute projects, programs, school visits, and university events to attract prospective high-school students to the Drug and Biopharmaceutical Sciences program.
• Collaborate with high-school staff, college personnel, and Student Experience teams to promote the program and support enrollment and retention initiatives.
• Represent the College at recruitment events, including Admitted Students Days, open houses, and Camp War Eagle, overseeing student engagement and registration.
• Manage communication with prospective and current students and develop informational materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
• Work with the Program Director to maintain program quality and advance strategic goals.
• Enter, analyze, and report data across systems to support decision-making and program performance.

Minimum Skills & Abilities:

• Demonstrate high degrees of creativity, initiative, and critical thinking in dealing with conditions/situations not well defined in standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Level I:

• Bachelor's degree- no specific discipline
• 0 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area

Level II:

• Bachelor's degree- no specific discipline
• 2 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area

Level III:

• Bachelor's degree - no specific discipline
• 4 years of experience in advising and/or coordinating student services or experience related to the specific academic area

License and Certification:

• Valid in state driver's license upon hire required

Substitutions Allowed for Experience:

When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
