Success Coaches are responsible for coordinating pre-arrival outreach to students, maintaining regular communication, including 1:1 meetings, and coordinating workshops to address student transition issues. Success Coaches proactively work with students to support their growth, development, and success at BVU. Success Coaches will also assist with Student Success major programs and BVU traditions, including but not limited to Orientation, Welcome Weekend, Resident Move-In, and Buenafication Day. Qualified applicants must be highly motivated, personable, flexible, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing environments and possess excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience with higher education, life coaching, leadership programs, or similar areas is needed. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, preferably with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Bachelor’s Degree required.
