JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office of Pre-Collegiate Outreach Programs is seeking to hire part-time teaching assistants for our summer programs with students in grades 6 - 12. These positions are created to provide an available applicant pool for our office and will be filled on an as needed basis. Depending on the program(s) you are interested in teaching, your start date will be either June 22, July 6, July 13, July 20, or July 27. All positions are considered temporary employment for our summer 2026 programs, only.
All applicants require excellent interpersonal skills, good judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A successful teaching assistant will also exhibit a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and an interest in working with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate or graduate student who specializes in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or business.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Conditional offer pending a criminal background check.
COMPENSATION:
$1,000 - $1,750 per week or session depending on program
