Administer, maintain, and update Windows and/or Linux servers in
physical and virtual environments
Maintain, update, and support the REDCap server environment
Perform system upgrades, Synology backups, and recovery testing to
ensure data integrity and availability
Serve as administrator for EMS and/or SimIQ systems used for
scheduling, simulation, or operational workflows
Package, deploy, and maintain applications using Microsoft
Intune
Design, deploy, and manage file server solutions, including
permissions, quotas, and access controls
Administer ExamSoft software, including system configuration, user
access, and permissions
Administer SPSS software licensing, deployment, and version
management

MQ: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and
practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional
discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional
discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained
through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college
or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training
program that is directly related to the type of work being
performed. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly
job-related experience.
