Job Description:
- Play a key role in attracting world-class academic talent to one of Australia’s leading Group of Eight universities.
- Partner closely with senior academic leaders while delivering meaningful, high-impact recruitment outcomes that shape UWA’s future.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $104,243– $115,661 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

Talent Acquisition’s core focus is to attract, select and bring to UWA a diverse range of local and international talent to enable the University to achieve its aims. Additionally, Talent Acquisition delivers a range of associated services including (but not limited to):
- Academic promotions
- Redeployment support
- Executive Search
About the opportunity
- Deliver best-practice, end-to-end recruitment services with a strong focus on academic appointments, including high-profile, senior and complex roles across the University.
- Partner closely with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, ensure compliance, and support workforce capability aligned to UWA’s teaching and research strategy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance academic recruitment processes, candidate experience and service delivery.
About you
- Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end recruitment services, with demonstrable experience recruiting roles within a complex or large organisation.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior academic and professional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance.
- Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A current National Police Clearance, will be required by the successful applicant.
