Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, education, or related field; a minimum of five years in talent acquisition, HR, training, or related experience; demonstrated experience in developing recruiting strategies, talent pipelines, or hiring processes; strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and legally compliant hiring practices; expertise in designing and delivering training (in-person, virtual, and hybrid); experience consulting with hiring managers on recruiting strategies; strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively; strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and customer focus; proven ability to build relationships and work with a sense of urgency; ability to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and systems; and proficiency in MS Office Suite. PREFERRED: Experience in higher education or research-focused environments; experience in Oracle or enterprise HR systems; PHR certification; experience in Instructional Design and/or authoring tools.
