Position Summary
AUIB is seeking an organized and service-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruitment process across academic and administrative roles. The role coordinates hiring activities, interview logistics, candidate communication, and search committee processes while ensuring compliance with institutional policies. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator also contributes to a positive candidate experience, accurate recruitment reporting, and effective use of recruitment systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Job Posting & Sourcing Support: Post vacancies across university career portals and LinkedIn, screen applications against minimum requirements, support shortlisting, and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
2. Recruitment Coordination & Administration: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, schedule interviews and search committee meetings, maintain recruitment documentation, and track hiring progress for regular updates to hiring managers.
3. Candidate Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensure timely communication on application status and interview logistics, and support a professional candidate experience aligned with AUIB’s brand and vision.
4. Search Committee, Compliance & Offer Support: Provide administrative support to search committees, ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, labor laws, and equal opportunity guidelines, and coordinate offer and pre-employment requirements including references and background checks.
5. Recruitment Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Oracle, generate recruitment reports and dashboards, and contribute to improving recruitment processes, templates, candidate communication, and university branding.

Education and Experience
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Years of Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting recruitment or HR operations, ideally within a higher education or NGO setting.
• Specific Skills or Expertise: Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent English verbal and written communication; professional handling of confidential information; service orientation; adaptability in a multicultural environment; English and Arabic proficiency.
• Additional Certifications / Technical Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency required; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
