Serving as a central resource for recruitment and hiring support, this role helps ensure hiring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer service.

The successful candidate will support a wide range of recruitment and applicant management functions while partnering closely with hiring departments, applicants, and campus stakeholders. The selected candidate will assist with troubleshooting recruiting system issues, answering questions related to applications and hiring procedures, and providing guidance on resumes, cover letters, and required hiring documentation. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential, as the position regularly coordinates background screenings, driver's license checks, and other pre-employment processes while ensuring timely communication with applicants, hiring managers, and external vendors.
