Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you driven by the chance to connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities? We’re seeking a dedicated internal recruiter to join our Huddersfield London Campus, playing a central role in attracting top academic and research professionals.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Integration Manager, business stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to deliver smooth, high-quality hiring experience. You’ll be instrumental in strengthening our employment brand, improving recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping to build a centre of excellence within our Talent Acquisition function. This role is grounded in partnership, pride, and purpose, with a focus on quality, fit, and long-term success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Demonstrate flexibility to work with changing priorities and support colleagues as required.
  • Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Work under pressure to deliver against challenging deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, increase quality of hire, and reduce non-value-added activity.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by management.
  • Comply with Study Group policies and applicable laws, including Workplace Health and Safety, Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and those relevant to the position.
