Clarkson College is currently seeking an Enrollment and Academic Advisor. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing a body of qualified students at Clarkson College through recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students based on the goals of the College, Enrollment and Advising Department, and the College’s retention and recruitment strategies. With minimum qualifications this position starts at $50,000 annually and consideration will be given with experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of one year experience in student services, advising, admissions, or recruitment.

Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills needed with strong organizational and time management skills, a high sense of urgency, and attention to detail.

Proficient in administrative systems such as employee information systems, assessment outcomes, budget tracking, excel, word, PowerPoint, video conferencing, and employee intranet systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree
