Undertake analytics of Charles Darwin University's (CDU) financial position and performance
About the Position
As an Analyst - Financial Performance, you will undertake analytics of CDU's financial position and performance, providing enhanced metric and visualisation-driven financial information to the executive and directors, helping develop the financial competence of the leadership group. You will be responsible for creating and implementing an analytics environment for the financial activities of the University and providing timely advice and actionable suggestions to the leadership group from analytics completed on their activities.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in statistics, data science, economics, business or similar with relevant experience in an analytical, market research, or institutional research or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education/training.
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in analytics and advice that generates improved financial and operational outcomes.
- Ability to present technical information in a written form that can be clearly understood by senior management.
- Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 9. The base salary will be in the range of $119,610 to $126,324 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $139,943 to $147,799 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
