Evaluation Criteria Teaching Achievements – maximum 35 points, including: a. Previous experience in teaching at a higher education institution, taking into account the type and format of classes conducted as well as the number of teaching hours completed (max. 10 points); b. Teaching competencies documented by certificates or certificates of completion of train-the-trainer courses courses or other forms of education that enhance qualifications in conducting training sessions, workshops, and academic classes (max. 10 points); c. Experience in developing teaching materials, such as course scripts, exercise materials, or laboratory manuals (max. 10 points); d. Experience in developing new educational programmes and curricula (max. 5 points). Organizational Achievements – maximum 15 points a. Communication and organizational skills, ability to collaborate and manage relationships, and personal attributes supporting effective teamwork and communication.
