You will lead the team of Education Coordinators within the Education Support Team (EST) of TiSEM, promoting professionalism and service to students. You report to the Head of EST TiSEM and manage a team of 15, focusing on optimizing educational support for program directors, programs, and students. Responsibilities include advising on study progress, choices, exemptions, studying abroad, and personal circumstances affecting studies. You foster team and individual development, implement education policy, and collaborate with other EST teams and faculty leadership. You serve as a key contact for internal departments and participate in policy discussions, strategic changes, and projects.

Key tasks:

• Lead and manage the team, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Optimize team processes and act as central point of contact.
• Advise faculty on education policy and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate on improving educational processes and participate in meetings and projects.

Requirements: Academic level with experience in higher education and policy; strong leadership, communication, and empathy skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and complex challenges; proficiency in Dutch and English.
