Experience managing external vendors

Familiarity with network protocols, routing concepts, and basic PC or microcomputer architecture preferred

Manage and prioritize assigned tickets using a trouble ticketing system

Effectively multitask and prioritize daily activities

Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating tact and sensitivity when interacting with a diverse user community.

Procurement Expertise: Understanding of enterprise procurement processes, including working with Value-Added Resellers (VAR's) and managing purchase orders

Strong written and oral communication skills required

Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools and concepts for tracking performance, generating reports or alerts.

Proficiency in using inventory management software or databases.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
