Job Description
- Study Subject or Participant Arrangement
- Assist in subject screening and enrolment.
- Schedule appointments for subjects as specified in the study protocol.
- Remind the subject for appointment attendance.
- Ensure patient's/subject's compliance as specified in the study protocol.
- Maintain confidentiality on patient's/ subject's personal data.
- Administrative Activities
- Prepare logs and attend research meetings.
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate research recruitment workflow.
- Document and process financial and reimbursement payments received and/or disbursed for the study, ensuring compliance with protocol and institutional requirements.
- Investigational Product (IP) / Study Material Management
- Maintain the product inventory log and make sure there is sufficient supply to the study.
- Make sure all the products are stored as required.
- Manage procurement of consumables in accordance with the requirements of the study.
- Assist the study team with research-related activities on an as-needed basis.
- Data Collection and Case Report Forms
- Complete and verify case report forms and other data collection tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry and verification of all study-related data.
- Study File Management and Documentation
- Maintain and update study files, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure all records are complete, confidential, and audit-ready, and that documents are organized and accessible.
- DSRB study status report
- Assist in DSRB study status report when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of at least 1 year of experience in clinical research management.
- Prior experience in providing support as dental assistants/nurses would be a bonus.
- Experience in academic/healthcare settings, particularly in healthcare or related fields.
- Experience in patient recruitment and audit compliance
- Experience in record and inventory keeping and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive and responsible
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
