Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join the Infrastructure team. The primary responsibilities include:
Move Management :
Provide support for office relocationsCoordinate with stakeholders on relocation requestsManage stakeholders and vendors on setting up furniture and equipment.
General Support:
Assist with inventory management, documentation, and tracking of assets.Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Good planning and coordination skillsStrong situational awareness with the ability to work independentlyA positive attitude and willingness to learn.Visual communication and graphic design skills will be an added advantage
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on project needs
Working hours per day: 8 hours Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pmDays required: 5 days (excluding PH and weekends)Working location: Clementi
