Temporary Management Assistant Officer
Job Description
The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a large scale population-based health research project by the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. We are looking for a team player with experience in making outbound calls to people who signed up their interest to join SPHS research studies, screen their eligibility and schedule their study visits.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential participants by call, message, email or mail.
- Screen participants for their eligibility.
- Explain the study information to ascertain their willingness to take part before scheduling an appointment.
- Book a suitable appointment or schedule for follow-up to do so later.
- Audio-record all calls for QC purposes.
- Make at least 5 bookings per day and fill slots only in the immediate 2 weeks.
- Address any queries from the participant and provide any necessary informational materials to facilitate the study visit.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline and minimum 3 years of any work experience, or 'O' levels with minimum 10 years of working experience.
- Work hours are required for afternoons and evenings on weekdays and at least 2 weekends per month.
- Hourly rate at $13, for 24 - 36 hours of work per week.
- Familiar with using Zoom (video call, audio-recording, changing shared screens and mouse control)
- Proficient in Excel (large tables, pivot, formulas).
- Work-from-home can be the main arrangement.
