Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in English, Rhetoric/Composition, or related
discipline.
- Prior experience teaching course content or related
content.
- Evidence of ability to successfully teach diverse student
populations.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication
skills.
- Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse
student populations.
- Successful interview and Teaching Demonstration.
- Successful description of teaching philosophy for class
teaching assignments.
- Successful completion of three background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD or ABD in English, Rhetoric/Composition, or related
discipline.
- Evidence of teaching in online environments.
- Prior college-level teaching experience.
