Determining study eligibility
IV Administration Sessions:
- Preparing IV lines and pumps
- Preparing participants and connecting them to the IV
- Monitoring IV pump functioning and assisting with any
errors
- Attending to participant well-being during and after the
infusion process
Study tasks involve IV administration of both ethanol and
saline.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience with phlebotomy required
- Experience working with IVs required
Schedule & Commitment
- Week-to-week per diem hours available for nurses who work
full-time elsewhere
- Set schedule of up to 20 hours per week available to
accommodate parent schedules, semi-retirement, etc.
- Position may be renewed beyond 6 months pending availability of
grant funds
