Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Psychology
Starting August 2026
Brescia University seeks full-time faculty members whose teaching philosophy aligns with our mission and who are passionate about high quality teaching, student mentorship, and inclusive learning environments.
This position will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate instruction, with teaching assignments that may include, but not limited to:
- Undergraduate Courses: Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, History & Systems of Psychology
- Graduate Courses: Clinical Psychology and/or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (as appropriate to expertise)
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline by the start date.
- Evidence of excellence in undergraduate teaching and commitment to student-centered learning preferred.
- Ability to teach in graduate programs, especially Clinical Psychology or Clinical Mental Health Counseling preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to community engagement, academic advising, and collegial service.
