Faculty Positions Available from Fall 2027
The Department of Accounting at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) seeks candidates for tenure-track faculty positions at all ranks. Visiting appointments will be considered if the tenure-track positions are not filled.

Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should possess a doctoral degree or be near completion of the degree and should have a serious commitment to scholarly research and teaching. Candidates should provide evidence of their ability and achievements commensurate with the rank sought.
Salary, teaching load, and faculty support are comparable to top US business schools and based on qualifications.
HOUSING:
Housing benefits will be provided.
BENEFITS:
Appointments come with a 15 percent contract-end gratuity. Health insurance and moving allowances are also provided. The maximum tax rate in Hong Kong is 15%.
