"Tenure-Track Teaching Intensive Position in Computer Science"

The University of Windsor’s School of Computer Science seeks applications for a tenure-track Teaching Intensive position commencing as early as January 1, 2026. This hire aligns with the bold imperatives of the University of Windsor strategic plan, Aspire: Together for Tomorrow, ratified Spring 2023. The School of Computer Science consists of 31 faculty members, over 900 undergraduate students, and approximately 700 graduate students. The successful candidate is expected to teach up to 8 courses a year at the undergraduate or graduate level, supervise student projects, and participate in various service roles.

Required qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science or closely related field by the date of appointment, minimum 2 years of post-secondary teaching experience, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience teaching in multicultural settings and demonstrated record of service.
