Tenured or Tenure-Track Professor – Business Law / Contracts
Mitchell Hamline School of Law seeks qualified candidates for a tenured or tenure-track faculty position teaching and writing in the area of Business Law and Contracts. Candidates should be excited about teaching across multiple modalities, including in-person, synchronous online classes, and the innovative blended learning program, which is the largest in the country.
The position is located in St. Paul, Minnesota, an historic area with a rich cultural scene, including theaters, restaurants, and orchestras. Minnesota has a history in alternative dispute resolution and restorative justice.
An appointment will be made with tenure or on the tenure track, with an anticipated annual salary range of $105,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance and 403(b).
Candidates must have distinguished academic credentials, including a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent, and at least 5 years of practice and/or clinical teaching experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to foster an inclusive and equity-centered environment.
