Position: Testing Center Specialist
Department: Workforce Development & Continuing Education
Type of Position: Full-time Hourly
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No
Starting Salary Range: $20.47-$26.35 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.
Position Summary: This position is a Testing Center Administrator for the Regnier Testing Center. The position is responsible for coordinating client testing appointments, all check-in processes, maintaining confidentiality, and following all vendor protocols. A high level of customer service is required for this position. The Testing Center Administrator must pass the Certified Vendor Exam. This position works with little if any supervision during the daytime hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree.
- Completes assignments with little supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
Position details include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate client testing appointments for multiple vendors and prepare monthly reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or privileged information
- Assist students and testing clients with exam specific questions, handles complaints, technical issues, and unique exam/scheduling situations with multiple vendors
- Manages Regnier Testing Center during the daytime hours with little if any supervision
- Documents and maintains vendor protocols and technical requirements for multiple vendors
- Trains new Testing Center Administrators as needed
- Communicates the schedule to all Testing Center Administrators to ensure coverage
- Provides administrative support to all staff in Continuing Education as needed
