Three-Year Limited-Term Ancillary Academic Staff II - Head Coach of the Lancers Women’s Volleyball team

The University of Windsor's Department of Athletics and Recreational Services invites applications for the position of Head Coach, Women’s Volleyball commencing as early as July 1, 2026. This position will oversee operations of the Lancer women’s volleyball program and is an Academic Ancillary Staff position which may be renewed by the President for periods of two (2) to five (5) years after the initial three-year term.

The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach is responsible for the organization, administration, fundraising, coaching and recruitment duties for the women’s varsity volleyball program. Additional administrative duties within the Department of Athletics and Recreational Services will be assigned.

The successful candidate must have

  • An undergraduate degree
  • NCCP Competition - Development certification or equivalent
  • A strong volleyball coaching background
  • Strong communication, organizational and administrative skills

Preferred qualifications

  • A Master's degree
  • NCCP Competition – High performance certification or equivalent
  • Previous volleyball coaching background at the University or College level
  • Previous coaching experience in women’s volleyball

Compensation

$78,762 - $128,762

The salary range for the rank is outlined in Article A Table A.1 of the current Collective Agreement with the Windsor University Faculty Association. The compensation offered to the successful candidate will take into consideration the existing salary structure, the experience and available budget. A full range of benefits including a pension plan and medical benefits are available to the successful candidate.
