8:00am - 4:30pm (summer)

Job Description:

This position supports the day to day and gameday operations for the JMA Wireless Dome Box Office. This position is specifically responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons who attend events at the JMA Wireless Dome through phone, in-person and written interactions. In addition, this position is responsible for working as the primary box office liaison to the Women's Lacrosse program for all complimentary ticket requests for home and postseason contests. Furthermore, this position is responsible for fulfilling all excess capacity requests for Men's and Women's Basketball and is responsible for completing detailed weekly individual game sales reports for Men's and Women's Basketball. Lastly, this position serves as a liaison to one or more members of the ticket sales department.
