We are currently piloting a four-day working week which allows our colleagues to work 32 hours over 4 days week with no reduction in pay. ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE

Join our dynamic Timetabling Team at the University of Sunderland in London, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. As a Timetabling Officer, you’ll play a key role in creating accurate and timely timetables that support teaching and learning across the campus. Working closely with academic and professional colleagues, you’ll help solve scheduling challenges, maintain data integrity, and ensure students have the information they need to succeed.

ABOUT YOU

To thrive as a Timetabling Officer, you’ll bring experience from a student support or service environment where delivering excellent customer care was key. You’ll be confident using student information systems and skilled in handling data with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you’ll be managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You’ll also need to be a great communicator and team player, able to work collaboratively while staying calm and professional under pressure.
