Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Two years of experience coordinating institutes, conferences, or programs, including venue negotiation, vendor management, and on-site event execution, similar experience will be considered. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to institute sites. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Higher Education, Public Administration, Event/Program Management, or a related field. Prior TRIO or pre-college program experience. Familiarity with event-registration and hybrid-streaming platforms (e.g., Whova). Experience managing federally funded event or conference budgets Posted Salary: $45,000/yr minimum Job Type: Full-Time
