Evaluate previously earned course credit and determine ERAU
course equivalencies.
Generate detailed progress-toward-degree reports through the
EAB Transfer Portal.
Build and maintain course equivalency rules within the Student
Information System.
Maintain Student Information System tables and review expired
course equivalency rules for accuracy.
Partner with Admissions to support Transfer Portal processes
and ensure academic policies and course equivalency requirements
are followed.
Develop employee training materials and business process
manuals for the EAB Transfer Portal.
Collaborate with technical staff to improve processes,
streamline functionality and produce ad hoc reports.
Co-facilitate transfer student sessions during Orientation and
assist with Transfer Student Orientation and Admissions Preview
Day.
Update individual Academic Advising Reports (AAR) based on
program or catalog changes, advanced standing or placement, course
substitutions, equivalency exams and flight certificates.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is
up to $43,888. The
final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills,
qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state
regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall
outside of the stated range.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, organizational
management, communication, or a related field .
- Minimum of 1–3 years of related work experience .
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative, with the
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple
responsibilities.
- Proficiency with computers, email/internet, Microsoft
applications and imaging systems.
- Knowledge of accepted practices at higher education
institutions and academic policies, procedures, standards and
curricula.
- Familiarity with non-traditional sources of college-level
advanced standing credit, including American Council on Education
military credit recommendations and national examinations such as
CLEP and DANTES.
- Experience advising or interacting with students and the
ability to troubleshoot student issues.
- Familiarity with Registrar's Office operations and industry
best practices.
- Ability to work weekend or evening hours as needed during peak
periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with various software solutions and/or
implementing software solutions.
- Previous experience with SIS Campus Solutions .
