Primary Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of this position is to:

Recruit prospective transfer students by building relationships with community colleges, feeder institutions, and prospective applicants.

Promote the institution's programs, resources, and transfer opportunities to attract and enroll qualified students.

Streamline the transfer process to support a smooth transition for students into the institution.

Evaluate transfer credits to ensure credits earned from other institutions are accurately assessed and applied toward degree requirements at the current institution.

Maintain records and policies to ensure compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

3+ years of experience in higher education recruitment, academic advising, or transfer credit evaluation, or a related field in higher education preferred;
3+ years of experience with student services, transfer policies, and admissions processes in a higher education environment;
3+ years of experience working with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Degree Works, Slate CRM, or Admission Pros CRM or other student information systems preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
